The range of automatic telescopic retractable gangways that reach 4 meters in length is very wide and they can be produced with double or triple stage. The structure is in painted or polished stainless steel and the stanchions are automatic or manual with rope,positioned on both sides.The walkway is usually made in aluminum cheker plate to ensure greater grip during the passage but can also be made with other anti-slip material. The handling system is hydraulic with pre-wired electro-hydraulic control unit to facilitate installation on board.
The housing box has dimensions that vary in accordance with the dimensions of the gangway but still guarantee minimum bulk.
Wide range of rotating passerelle is available too.
